1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BuonDesizn platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

BuonDesizn is an online marketplace and discovery platform that connects project owners with professionals, consultants, contractors, equipment dealers, and product sellers in the built world. The Platform facilitates connections, RFP management, and communication between parties but is not a party to any direct agreement between users.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your password secure and be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent or misleading purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

4. User Obligations and Conduct

As a user of the Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including project details, qualifications, or reviews.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or engage in any inappropriate conduct.
• Use the Platform for any commercial solicitation without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.

5. Fees and Payments

BuonDesizn does not charge commission on connections made through the Platform. Certain premium features, subscriptions, and promotional services may be subject to fees, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Buon Desizn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Platform without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Buon Desizn, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; or (iv) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Buon Desizn and its licensees, employees, contractors, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Platform; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms & Conditions; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any content you post or share on the Platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
