Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BuonDesizn, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase or subscription. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed. By purchasing any service or subscription on our Platform, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans provide access to premium features on the Platform for a specified duration. The following terms apply:

• All subscription fees are charged at the beginning of the billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days of an active subscription period.
• If you cancel before your free trial ends (if applicable), you will not be charged.

3. Advertising and Promotional Services

Payments for advertisements, featured listings, or promotional campaigns are non-refundable once the campaign has been activated. If a campaign has not yet started, you may request a full refund by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.

4. RFP and Project Services

Fees associated with creating or applying to RFPs are non-refundable once the RFP has been published or the application has been submitted, as the service has been rendered at that point.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund where applicable, please contact our support team at support@buondesizn.com with your account details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 7-10 business days.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10-15 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your account or specific services at any time by:

• Navigating to your Dashboard and managing your subscription settings.
• Contacting our support team at support@buondesizn.com.

Cancellation takes effect immediately for account-related services and at the end of the current billing period for subscriptions. We reserve the right to cancel any account or service if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms & Conditions, or any other misuse of the Platform.

7. Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or errors caused directly by our Platform that prevented you from using the purchased service as intended. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue occurring.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
